The Lower Dolpo Trekking goes through the remote and exciting in the North West region of Nepal. the trail lies in the Trans Himalayan zone, which is a less discovered land. A wonderful flight takes you to the Juphal airport, the only airport in Dolpo region and the trekking begins. Reaching the district headquarter, Dunai, you follow the bank of the Thuli Bheri River and walk towards the Dho- Tarap. Crossing the high passes as Numa La and Baga La Pass, you can reach The Phoksundo Lake.

The Phoksundo Lake is one of the prime attractions of the Lower Dolpo Trek is a pristine Lake, consisting the crystal clear water that comes from the heart of the Himalayas. It is also locally renowned as the Blue Lake. The Buddhist communities on the trekking trail have their own and unique culture and traditions. The landscape is really enticing. Some of the alpine meadows here are the source of caterpillar fungus. People go there that looks like a caravan. Trekking in Lower Dolpo offers various Himalayan views, green hilly side, gorges, waterfalls and flora and fauna. It is a shelter of Snow Leopard, Himalayan Tahr, Blue sheep and other wild animals. Day 01:Our guide will welcome you at Kathmandu airport (1345meters)and transfer in your hotel in Kathmandu . Overnight at hotel.

Day 02:Sightseeing around Kathmandu valleyand prepartion about trek . Overnight at hotel.

Day 03:Fly from Kathmandu to Nepalgunj

Day 04:Fly to Jhupal and trek to Dunai

Day 05:Dunai to Lingdo.

Day 06:Lingdo to Laini Odar.

Day 07:Laini Odar to Nawarpani

Day 08:Nawarpani to Sisaul.

Day 09:Nawarpani to Dho Tarap.

Day 10:Acclimatization day at Dho Tarap.

Day 11:Dho Tarap to Numa La Base Camp.

Day 12:Cross Numa La (5190m) and trek to Pelung Tang.

Day 13:Cross Baga La (5070m) and trek to Dajok Tang.

Day 14:Dajok Tang to Ringmogaon.

Day 15: Rest Day at Ringmo and a hike to Phoksundo Lake.

Day 16:Ringmo to Shyanta.

Day 17:Shyanta to Jhupal.

Day 18:Fly to Nepalgunj and again fly to Kathmandu

Day 19:Leisure day in Kathmandu. Overnight at hotel.
